Dear Members, Dear Board Members,
We are pleased to invite all of you to the MFDC Extraordinary General Assembly and Election.
The meeting will be held on the 13 th of July 2025 from the 15:00 to the 17:00 online.
The first call of the meeting is at 15:00 and the second call of the meeting is at 15:30. All the times are in the Italian time zone.

- Approval of the various reports
- Approval of the new statutes

To run as candidate to the MFDC board the candidate needs to complete the attached candidature form sending to the email secretariat@mfdconfederation.org.
The deadline is seven days before the general assembly.

It is requested by all the federation to update the Information relating to the membership and it is requested to the WFDF members that have not requested the membership to proceed requesting it.
In order to participate to the MFDC General assembly, the federations need to:
- Elect a representative for the athletes of the federation able to vote the MFDC athletes’ representatives
- To nominate a representative of the federation casting the vote of the federation
- Update the information of the membership and to request the Membership

Without having completed the form it will not be possible to vote in the assembly.
