MFDC EGM AND ELECTION - 8th of December 2024 from the 14:30 to the 16:30 at the Sala Giunta at the NOC of Italy / Hybrid Meeting

We are pleased to invite all of you to the MFDC Extraordinary General Assembly and Election.

The meeting will be held on the 8th of December 2024 from the 14:30 to the 16:30 at the Sala Giunta at the NOC of Italy (CONI - Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano), Palazzo H, Piazza Lauro de Bosis, 15, 00135, Roma, Italy.

The first call of the meeting is at 14:30 and the second call of the meeting is at 15:00. All the times are in the Italian time zone.

In order to facilitate the participation of the members, the format of the assembly will be a Hybrid one.

• Registration of the association in Italy

• Approval of the various reports

• Approval of the new statutes

• New headquarters

It is requested by all the federation to update the Information relating to the membership and it is requested to the WFDF members that have not requested the membership to proceed requesting it.

We remind that all the information relating the MFDC EGM and Elections are going to be published on the MFDC Website: http://mfdconfederation.org/ 

Soon we will publish the new statutes and the supportive documents relating to the EGM.

Candidatures are going to be closed on the 25 of November 2024.

After that, all the candidates are going to be published on the website.
